Chiropractic Care
Modern chiropractic treatment focused on restoring how your body moves and functions.
At Back2Brain Chiropractic, care goes beyond quick adjustments. Our approach looks at how your spine, muscles, and nervous system work together to control movement — because lasting results start with how your brain and body communicate.
Research shows that chiropractic adjustments do more than help joints move better — they can also improve how the brain processes movement, posture, and balance. When joints become restricted, it changes how your nervous system senses and responds to motion. Gentle, precise adjustments help restore that movement and reset healthy communication between the spine and brain.
Each session is personalized to your body and goals. We combine hands-on adjustments with movement-based techniques to improve coordination, stability, and performance. This modern, evidence-informed approach helps your body move, feel, and function at its best.

Tools & Techniques
At Back2Brain Chiropractic, each adjustment is supported by evidence-informed techniques that enhance mobility, reduce tension, and improve neurological control. Depending on your needs, we may integrate:
-
Manual Techniques such as diversified or high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) or Instrument-Assisted Adjustments, like Activator.
-
Soft Tissue Release & Myofascial Work: Targets restricted areas that limit mobility and joint motion. We utilize manual techniques like Dry Needling, Active Release (ART) or Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)/scraping.
-
Reflex-Based Movement Activation: Inspired by Vojta principles, this technique stimulates innate reflex pathways to improve stability and motor control.
-
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS): Restores ideal movement patterns by retraining how the brain activates posture and coordination.
-
Adjunct Therapies: May include light therapy, decompression, or muscle stimulation to reinforce results.
Each technique works synergistically to support your nervous system and optimize how your body performs — whether you’re recovering from injury or improving long-term function.
