Our Approach
Every person moves differently — and that’s where healing begins. Our approach looks beyond pain and symptoms to uncover how your brain and body communicate. By combining chiropractic adjustments with movement-based rehabilitation and neurological principles, we help retrain coordination, balance, and posture from the ground up.
Whether you’re recovering from a concussion, managing an injury, or simply want to move and feel better, our goal is to restore the systems that keep you strong, stable, and confident in how you move. Each plan is tailored to your needs, guided by careful assessment and grounded in the latest movement science.
At Back2Brain, we don’t just treat pain — we help your body relearn balance.
The Back2Brain 5R Method
Every care plan at Back2Brain follows our signature process — designed to reconnect your body and brain for lasting results:
Release → Reset → Rebuild → Retain → Reinforce

-
Release tension and restriction through precise manual and soft-tissue therapy.
-
Reset joint motion and reflex pathways with chiropractic adjustments and activation techniques.
-
Rebuild proper movement patterns using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and functional rehab.
-
Retain your improvements through individualized mobility and strength programs.
-
Reinforce progress by integrating better posture, breathing, and movement into everyday life.
This method keeps your recovery organized, progressive, and personalized — ensuring every session builds toward lasting stability and performance.
